Submission of a referral, enquiry, or request for services to VPC should not be taken to imply the commencement of clinical services with us, or that you are a client of VPC. All referrals, enquiries or requests for services, received by us, will be reviewed and consideration will be made as to whether we are able to provide you with a psychological service. Please note that we may not immediately respond to phone calls or voicemails. For accepted referrals, there may also be a wait time on appointments. Upon informing you of acceptance of the referral, we will inform you of an approximate wait time.
