Holly is a Clinical Psychologist with 7 years of experience working in the public health sector, including five years working in a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), establishing a crisis response service for young adults experiencing acute distress during COVID lockdowns and most recently as a Senior Eating Disorder Clinician with the Victorian Centre for Excellence in Eating Disorders (CEED). Holly has a specialised interest in Child & Adolescent Mental Health concerns, including Eating Disorders, Self-harm/suicidality, emotional dysregulation and difficulties associated with managing neurodiversity.
Holly works from a family-inclusive, individualised treatment approach. She values the importance of forming genuine, warm and caring relationships with young people and their families in order to ensure young people feel safe and supported in the therapeutic space. Holly recognises that no two young people are the same and treatment should reflect this in order to optimise treatment outcomes.
Holly is currently available at the Victorian Psychology Clinic on Thursdays from 8am-2pm.
