Daniel is a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience in the field of psychology as a therapist, assessor, supervisor and consultant. His experience spans across mental health, child and family, men’s health, forensic practice, and sports and performance. His work activities have seen him occupy roles in various sectors including government, correctional, paediatric, educational, sports and private practice.
Daniel brings a warm and reflective approach to his practice. He believes that a safe, trusting relationship is key. Quality of life is central to his approach, as is empathy, honesty, authenticity and flexibility. He aims to hold the therapeutic space, embracing individual’s strengths, whilst also working collaboratively in identifying, exploring and managing personal hardships and challenges.
Daniel offers both time-limited and open-ended therapy. Whilst trained in CBT, Daniel practices in a holistic manner, borrowing evidence-informed practices from across the field of psychology depending on the needs of his clients.
