Pamela is a registered psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology, who is currently completing her clinical registrar program. Throughout her psychology journey, Pamela has worked in various settings, including with individuals within the criminal justice system and in a psychologist training clinic. Pamela has experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and cognitive assessments and draws principles from other therapeutic modalities such as DBT and ACT and has worked with clients with a range of presenting concerns, including coping with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
